By accessing or using the DrivinEats platform (‘Service’), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (‘Terms’). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Service.
DrivinEats is a platform that connects customers with independent restaurants (‘Partners’) and independent delivery drivers (‘Drivers’) to facilitate on-demand food delivery services.
You must create an account to use most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products from the Partner. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. DrivinEats is not responsible for any payment processing errors.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any local, state, national, or international law; (b) harass, abuse, or harm another person; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of DrivinEats or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Service is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without any warranties of any kind. DrivinEats does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall DrivinEats be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice or liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@drivineats.com.
